Other users of the service include professionals and their clients. This privacy policy covers how we handle client data and privacy.

We collect the information you provide to us, as well as other information that is collected automatically.
You or your specialist provide us with “Profile Information”, which includes your email address and full name. We may use your email address to send you notifications and information about the Services, to provide technical support, and to answer questions you may have.
Client names are used to identify clients and pair them with their specialist, exercise programs, and enable them to communicate with their specialist.
We can also see which browser and operating system you are using and which components and features are enabled on our system in order to provide you with technical support.
All information collected automatically serves to improve the quality of the service by analyzing trends and tracking usage patterns and is considered "non-personal information."

We work with professionals around the world to provide them with rehabilitation tools. Personal information may be stored outside the country of origin. Wherever this information is stored, it will be subject to strict retention requirements and standards.
Additionally, all accounts are protected by a password of the user's choosing. We encourage users to keep their accounts secure by choosing a strong password and not sharing it with anyone.
All passwords are encrypted in our database.

PT Assistance is a data processor and data controllers such as health care facilities are responsible for collecting data from clients and parents if applicable.
